Tess is a freelance stylist specialising in interiors and props for editorial and commercial photographic styling briefs. 

 

Growing up surrounded by a creative family Tess was exposed to design from a young age,  leading her to complete a Bachelor of Design which propelled her into the world of interiors. Stepping out from study, Tess worked for a design studio where she gained an understanding of onsight styling and creating content, which is where her love for transforming spaces and moments was sparked.

 

Working alongside well-renowned stylists within the industry on both editorial and commercial shoots gave Tess an experience which made her eager to create her own still-life series by picking up a camera and capturing her own styled images. Tess was able to learn and understand visual storytelling  by glancing through a camera lens and arranging objects in a considered way. This exploration in 2020 has lead to Tess’ work now gracing the pages of some of Australia’s leading interior design publications.

 

Tess is based in Sydney and is available for styling projects across interiors, advertising and still life briefs.
